We share a fundamental and common purpose at VivuEsim: alleviating the pain and increasing the pleasure of fellow human beings wanting to connect worldwide. To fight different forms of waste and forces of entropy and to build a quick yet measured, vast yet artful, distinct yet complete VivuEsim, we continuously inject the life of new knowledge and skills into our work.

Every VivuEsim team member is first and foremost accountable to their inner supervisor and critic. We excel through self-monitoring and healthy embarrassment about who we were yesterday. We aspire to create our individual work in a way that can be presentable to anyone and at any time. At the same time, we acknowledge the importance of submitting ourselves to helpful mechanisms of checks & balances, review, feedback, and control.
Act proactively
We allocate our limited agency and energy to calmly and proactively pursue VivuEsim's own path. We focus on building the world around us based on our agenda rather than being distracted by, drowning in, or reacting against others' work. We avoid complacency and, at the same time, evolve through and find common ground with anything noble and meaningfully novel.

To create a long-lasting and enduring impact, we act with the principle that extrinsic rewards are dependent on a belief in the inherent value of perfecting our service to VivuEsim users and team members.
